I spent two years in Southeast Asia, growing mentally, physically, and emotionally. I rebuilt my passion, my business, and myself.

I trained Thai boxing, explored incredible cultures, and finally reconnected with what I truly wanted.

None of that would’ve happened

if I hadn’t faced my fear and stepped into the unknown.

2- A Sleep hack you can implement tonight (backed by science)

Want better sleep?

Research shows that improving bedroom ventilation can lead to deeper, more restful sleep. Participants in a study experienced fewer awakenings and longer deep sleep when ventilation was increased, reducing CO2 levels in the room.

Here’s the practical takeaway: Cracking a window isn’t always an option, especially in winter, but investing in a high-quality air purifier is. Look for one that enhances air circulation and filters pollutants—it’s an easy upgrade for better sleep and recovery.

Small changes to your environment can make a big difference in how you feel each day!

3- My favorite exercise to build your core and reduce back pain

The front plank is a proven way to assess and build core strength, with benefits like improved posture, reduced back pain, and better overall stability.

The Test: Hold a plank (forearms on the ground, straight body alignment) as long as possible.

Standards:

  • Beginner: 30 seconds
  • Intermediate: 1 minute
  • Advanced: 2 minutes

Planks engage your core, back, shoulders, and legs, making them a reliable measure of functional fitness.
